01. Purpose of Service

DATAHOUND is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) aggregation tool designed strictly for educational, research, and cybersecurity analysis purposes. Our platform acts as a search engine, indexing publicly available data to help security professionals and individuals understand their digital footprint.

We are not a hacking service. We do not bypass authentication, crack passwords, or infiltrate private networks. All data displayed is sourced from public leaks, breaches, and open databases that are already circulating on the internet.

02. Disclaimer of Liability

By using DATAHOUND, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the data retrieved. The owners, developers, and hosting providers of DATAHOUND assume zero liability for any damages, legal actions, criminal charges, or misuse resulting from the use of this service.

If you use this tool to harm, harass, stalk, or damage others, you do so entirely at your own risk. We provide the information "as is," without warranty of any kind.

03. Prohibited Activities

  • Doxxing: Publishing private information to encourage harassment is strictly forbidden.
  • Swatting/Harassment: Using our data to initiate emergency response calls or threaten individuals.
  • Identity Theft: Using retrieved data to impersonate others for financial gain.

04. Termination & Bans

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user, at any time, for any reason. If we suspect your account is being used for malicious activity, or if you attempt to scrape/abuse our API infrastructure, your account will be permanently suspended without notice.

05. API Key Policy (STRICT)

Do Not Share Your Key

Sharing your API Key with third parties, friends, or on public forums is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Our system uses advanced fingerprinting to detect account sharing. If multiple users or suspicious IP patterns are detected on a single API Key, your account will be INSTANTLY BANNED.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for banned accounts.

06. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy through minimalism. We do not track your search history. We do not sell your personal data. Logs are kept for 48 hours strictly for security auditing and debugging purposes, after which they are permanently flushed from our servers. Cookies are used solely for session management.

07. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds unless there is a serious and valid reason. To be considered for a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation and evidence supporting your claim. The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of the DATAHOUND team. "Change of mind" or failure to read these terms are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
